[SOLVED] Blurry on the edges of objects on new monitor ?

I bought a new monitor yesterday (Samsung LF 22 T350 FHW) and paired with my old PC. I had to use VGA cable as the PC does not have HDMI.
When I started a game, I noticed that the edges of the objects are a bit blurry. Here are some pictures

I don't know if the monitor is faulty. This is not only happening with gaming, I can see this effect on icons, videos, etc. This is mostly visible with objects that have a single color. It is hard to notice with multicolor objects.
Is this because of using VGA cable ?

VGA, being analog, always shows some blurring on the edges. Nothing you can do about it other than switch to a digital signal.

It is intel hd graphics. Works for me to play tennis elbow 2013!

That's exactly what I said. Switch to digital. Makes no difference DVI, HDMI or Displayport as they're all digital.

Video cards are very expensive right now.
Buying a used Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti could be a good move forward.
