Blurry Screen with 1920x1080

So I just installed a radeon HD 6670 on my pc, and when I went to the windows control panel and put the resolution to 1920 x 1080, the screen is really blurry, any thoughts on this?

Would help if you list what monitor (TV?) you are using for display, and the method in which you connect to it vga/dvi/hdmi.

Go to CCC>>>My Digital Flat Panel>>>Scaling Options, make sure it's Overscan 0%

What's the resolution of the monitor you are using? Typically if you set the resolution higher than the monitor's (or HDTV) resolution you get an "Out of Range" error. However, in a few cases it will attempt to display that resolution, but things will look fuzzy.

I recall my cousin having this issue. He had a 1680x1050 monitor, but he set the resolution to 1920x1200 and everything looked fuzzy. Weird, I though he would get the above error message.
