Boot problem on new build pc

I just put together this pc and i'll turn it off at night, wakeup the next morning turn it on and it will be 3-4 times before it actually goes to the logon screen. not sure what the problem could be... might not have updated bios correctly ?

What problem is there causing you to have to try 3-4 times before it goes to the logon screen?
