Boot up probles

hello I have Dell poweredge SC430 pc and recently it started not booting up. at the start up it says system battery low/cloppy disket not proper.push f1 for ....etc

Sounds like your motherboard battery died and resets the BIOS to defaults which will put the floppy drive first in the boot order. Replace the battery and reset your boot order in BIOS!

I'd agree with rolli59 - it does seem as though the CMOS battery on the motherboard has died. Doing as rolli59 has suggested should fix the problem but if it doesn't, post back here and I'll be able to help you further.
