[SOLVED] Brand new build wont run

Ive just got a new build in the post, i got a bit excited and installed two 1TB drives in it without checking to see if it runs alright (stupid I know). I went to boot it up and ive got nothing on my screen. The fans are going but ive got no HDD light coming on and it wont even go into boot, the screen is just dead. Im really upset about so sorry if this isnt coherent I really need help. Will answer any questions.

Gigabyte B450 M DS3H Motherboard
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Super
Kingston 250gb M.2 SSD
8GB Corsair DDR4

I have since disconnected the 2 1TB HDDs to see if that would help but nothing. Ive checked my monitor with another device and it works fine.

I had it built by BOX.com so it came as a unit, i cant see any where that it says it does or does not support 3000. The PSU is an aerocool integrator 700Watt

Says that on the box the motherboard came in.
I've tried both the GPU and the Motherboard connected to the monitor and nothing.

I havent checked the pcie as I assumed it should be ready to go as I bought it off the shelf effectively. The service team is closed at the moment the reason im looking for help online. I'm not very hardware savvy so I am very overwhelmed trying to figure this out.

I have an older monitor so I'm using HDMI to D-SUB. my gpu doesnt have a dvi port only hdmi.

Ooh what does that mean? My next move is to drag it downstairs and connect it to a TV with an hdmi-hdmi lead.

Breakthrough! It works just fine on the TV. Bad connection. Thank you for your help

Well since the fans are running, the PSU is good obviously. Maybe the cable that connects to your monitor is looose? Try reconnecting it.
