Question Brand new gpu but games are stuttering

Hi i have just recently upgrade to a rtx3070ti and loaded into a few games fortnite, minecraft just to test it and my game is dropping frames.
here are my specs"

gigabyte RTX 3070ti oc
I5 9600k
750W psu
32GB ram

i think it might be bottle neck but im not sure
