Hi Guys,
I recently purchased an HP Omen 15 dc1092tx notebook from the nearest HP retailer. Today, while checking out the various ports, I found out that there are 2 USB ports on both sides of the laptop and another one at the back. I inserted my External Hard drive to both the ports on either side and it worked fine. But when I tried with the back panel, the didn't insert in the port. It seems like the port is misaligned. Also, in the user manual, this port is mentioned as USB.

Is this really a misaligned USB port? I may have to RMA if that is the case
Please help me out as soon as you can.
