Good day everyone, I have a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15ADA05 Laptop with a Ryzen 5 3500U and 4gb of RAM.
Upon adding a new 8GB 2400mhz RAM stick to the original 4GB soldered RAM to make a total of 12GB, and doing a fresh Windows 10 installation, I keep getting BSODs (Memory_Managment and other error codes) everytime I install the AMD drivers.

The laptop works fine and the RAM is functional but the moment I install the GPU drivers I get a BSOD.
These are the minidump files: Minidump

Any help would be appreciated.

Solution
Take that 8GB RAM stick out and see whether it's stable. The new 8GB stick looks similar and uses the same clock speed but the internal timings are almost certainly different. Mismatched RAM causes no end of problems. You should only install new RAM with the same part number as the existing - you may find that hard to find.

Crucial.com have a useful online tool that will (allegedly) find compatible RAM for your laptop. I've done that for you, the results are here. The two RAM sticks they have that are compatible are these...
Code:
Crucial 8GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM - CT8G4SFRA32A

Crucial 8GB DDR4-2400 SODIMM - CT8G4SFS824A

Use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, Nvidia and AMD) in Safe Mode, then manually install the latest GPU driver sourced from Lenovo's support site, bespoke to your laptop using your serial number. Speaking of Lenovo's support, can you see if your laptop is pending any BIOS updates?

try ruling out driver first, then try uninstalling all devices drivers (GPU, chipset, etc) and go to the device manufacturer's website to download the latest version and reinstall.

Hey thanks for the reply, I have run DDU in safe mode to clean all AMD drivers and installed them directly from Lenovo's support website, but the issue still persists, I have gotten multiple BSOD's since, these are the new dumpfile:MiniDump1

My BIOS version is E8CN41WW

Hey thank you very much, I did remove the RAM stick and everything is stable again, I didn't know laptops/Ryzen cpus were picky with RAM as this is the first time I own a laptop or a Ryzen, I will try to buy one of the crucial RAM sticks you mentioned, Cheers.
