Question BSOD "kmode exception not handled"

My computer seemingly randomly started blue screening. It started when I tried to launch a game, and has repeated pretty consistently about 3-5 minutes after startup. What's also strange is that it does not blue screen while in safe mode.

Aside from the Kmode exception error, I also got this error once just before the blue screen the second time "c:\windows\system32\nvspcap64.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. error status oxc000012f. and blue screen" but this only happened once out of all the dozen or so blue screens.
I have a RTX 3080, with a Ryzen 9 5900x, 16gb ram

I believe these are the proper dump files: https://files.catbox.moe/6bwtr2.dmp

I have attempted to clean install the Nvidia drivers using DDU and install Nvidia drivers from the device manager.

I have used Windows memory diagnostics and it detects no issues.

I have tried chkdsk where it says it detected and fixed errors but it still occurs

I have uninstalled gigabyte RGB as I heard that can cause issues.

I have attempted a full malware scan.

I have attempted sfc /scannow in the admin cmd (which initially found error but repaired them. I still have the issue.)

I have attempted Dism /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

I've checked drive health

All my drivers are up to date to the best of my knowledge.

I do have an available Windows update but it is not possible to update that due to the blue screen + I cannot update Windows in safe mode.

Any help is greatly appreciated

What game? Where did you source the installer for said game?

What's also strange is that it does not blue screen while in safe mode.
That would indicate a driver issue.

I have attempted to clean install the Nvidia drivers using DDU and install Nvidia drivers from the device manager.
You use DDU in Safe Mode to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, AMD and Nvidia), then manually install the latest driver sourced from Nvidia's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Using WinDBG, noticed this;
WindowsUpdateBox.exe
as a potential trigger. What version are you on?

Thanks so much for responding, I'm at a loss and I've tried other forums with no help.

I launched The finals from steam. I had played it for months before. So I don't think it's specific to that game or something.

Yes I uninstalled using DDU in safe mode then installed the driver. I'm not certain I ran it as admin so I will try that and get back to you.

I couldn't be certain of ALL my parts, what I know is
CPU: Amd ryzen 9 5900x
CPU cooler: Corsair h150
MoBo: MSi b550-A pro
RAM: Corsair vengeance 2x16 ddr4 3600mhz
SSD: several but I think boot drive is WD_black SN770 1tb?
GPU: GIGABYTE 3080 10gb
PSU: be quiet! Straight power 1200w
OS: win 11 version 23H2 build 22631.4890

Installing fresh nvidia drivers using admin in safe mode after DDU did not fix it. MSI dragon does say I have an outdated AMD chipset driver that could possibly(?) be the culprit but I am having difficulty installing AMD drivers in safe mode as the installer software does not let me.

I also belive I finally managed to get a complete dump file by changing the paging file size. Here it is:
https://files.catbox.moe/kk1qrn.zip

Although the file size is the same as other dump files so im a bit unsure

C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\One Dragon Center\Mystic_Light\Lib\NTIOLib_X64.sys Mon Nov 20 00:50:49 2023
C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\One Dragon Center\Lib\SYS\NTIOLib_X64.sys Mon Nov 20 00:46:27 2023

you have the same overclock driver running out of two different directories. This will mess up your system. each driver applies a voltage offset to your cpu.
edit: another overclock driver that was not updated when you updated the bios.
C:\Program Files\AMD\RyzenMasterSDK\bin\AMDRyzenMasterDriver.sys Fri Sep 18 01:22:51 2020

three copies of this driver installed: CorsairLLAccess64.sys
CorsairLLAccess64 \??\C:\Program Files\Corsair\Corsair iCUE5 Software\CorsairLLAccess64.sys Thu Jul 25 00:15:07 2024 (66A1FB7B)

fffff807`52c10000 fffff807`52c19000 CorsairLLAccess64_fffff80752c10000 \??\C:\Corsair iCUE5 Software\CorsairLLAccess64.sys Sun Dec 10 04:19:37 2023 (6575ACD9)
fffff807`46270000 fffff807`462

remove and retest.

you can download Microsoft autoruns64.exe run it as an admin and you can delete the extra entries. drivers that collide will have a extra kernel address added to the name. Like this
CorsairLLAccess64_fffff80752c00000

unexpected old driver:
inpoutx64.sys Fri Oct 17 16:01:16 2008

old Oculus drivers still installed. Check to see if you still use the device.

this driver corrupts memory:
ScpVBus.sys Sun May 5 14:31:26 2013 the updated version from 2016 has a fix.

old mix of vbaudio drivers
from 2014 and other dates

the memory dump I looked at just showed an access violation. I would uninstall and clean up drivers. Delete the old memory dumps to prevent confusion, then retest and provide the new memory dumps.
update this driver also:
RTKVHD64.sys Tue Aug 24 03:21:22 2021
it is your motherboard sound driver.

looks like there are firmware updates and chipset updates you should also update the amdryzenmaster driver to match the bios update
