Question bsod only when starting/playing games

Hi guys!
I am getting a blue screen of death every time I start a game.
the game I am testing if the BSOD still appearing is Minecraft (Java edition)
I had this problem in Windows 7 and Windows 10
all updates and drivers are up to date!
I have :
processor: i5-4670 3.40 GHz
GPU : Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600

NOTE !!!!: I had this problem on win7 I did format my pc trying to fix it but it didn't so I tried changing the system to win10 but didn't fix it too .....

been trying to fix it for a while now I really need your help!

check cpu temp?

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site, and share the link here and I will get someone to convert file into a format I can read
