So i build a pc in the end 2020 and i change a lot of parts but i got a problem that happens about once a month eversince i build it, already made several clean installs but nothing changed.

PC runs fine no real BSOD but when i turn it off it reboot and create a minidump, and then i can turn it off.

I've changed: motherboard, cpu, cooler

Still the same: GPU, PSU, memory sticks

Here is the link to it:https://1drv.ms/u/s!Atka2FzJC45Hg89sx1Fv8j0JaubnwQ?e=peCQhd

Bugcheck name:VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL

Description: DirectX Graphics MMS
Product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
Company: Microsoft Corporation
Bug check description:This indicates that the video memory manager has encountered a condition that it is unable to recover from.
Analysis:This is a video related crash. A DirectX driver was identified on the stack. Since there is no other responsible driver detected, it is suggested that you look for an updated driver for your graphics hardware. It's also possible that your graphics hardware was non-functional or overheated.

Conclusion

2 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. No offending third party drivers have been found. Consider using WhoCrashed Professional which offers more detailed analysis using symbol resolution. Also configuring your system to produce a full memory dump may help you.

Please help me? It is a GPU problem? My GPU is dying? Thanks in advance

looks like a new GPU bugcheck with a undocumented return code.
i would remove gigabyte graphics driver:gdrv3.sys

and I would try to find out what gvcidrv64.sys is for
edit: GigaByte Fusion Driver guess if controls RGB led lights
but it apparently fails verifier.exe tests. I would remove or look for updates. most likely unrelated to this memory dump.

download autoruns and remove the gigabyte driver
Autoruns for Windows - Windows Sysinternals | Microsoft Docs

most likely nothing is wrong with your gpu card
cpu speed was 2475 Mhz FYI
cpu 12 gen i5-12400f

base frequency of cpu is 2500 Mhz
turbo is 4.4Ghz
wonder why debugger showed it as underclocked.
Was it overheated?
--------
your windows build version was 19041.1

I only see one minidump uploaded and there is a clear issue with the vgk.sys driver - this appears to be a driver assicated with COD: Vanguard, so that's where I'd start.
Code:
fffff580`2e94f548 fffff800`6c070000Unable to load image \??\C:\Program Files\Riot Vanguard\vgk.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for vgk.sys

So do you think its caused by a valorant driver? Its not agpu problem?

you should apply windows updates (if you have not)

Now you mentioned, on the day that the bug show up i downloaded the gigabyte fusion to change the rgb colors, so its it?
CPU is not even close of overheating the max temp is 56 degree celsius under full load, i use a Noctua Dh15, what could it been? the HW info shows that cpu can reach 4.4Ghz
i update windows too.

most likely it will be one of the two gigabyte drivers.
failing verifier test is a bad sign. your bugcheck was in the video subsystem which is why you should suspect gigabyte graphics driver:gdrv3.sys

I would remove both and maybe add the RGB software if I really wanted it. Then wait to see if your bugchecks come back.
