is CPU overclocked? remove if so as WHEA errors can be caused by Overclocking
Are you running any overclocking software? Programs like INtel extreme overclocking utility, MSI Afterbuner, Asus GPU Tweak 2. Stop/uninstall if you are. They can cause this error.
WHEA can be caused by heat.
Do you have latest BIOS on motherboard? That can help with these errors.
I have sent dump link to a friend, he will comment later. Dumps might show a cause, if its a driver.
WHEA = Windows Hardware Error Architecture. Its an error called by CPU but not necessarily caused by it.

Most of the time I find WHEA errors aren't caused by CPU, but as they can be any hardware, might as well start somewhere.
