BSOD when playing games

whenever i use the comp to play movies browse the net or do anything except for playing games it works fine
but as soon as i try to play a game the time varies but at some point it will crash i belive this is something to do with the video card drivers,

specs:
CPU: AMD phenom II x6 1055T
GPU: SApphire HD 6770
RAM: 4gb kingston ddr3
Mobo: Asrock extreme 3
PSU: power & Cooling silencer 750 watt quad blue

Have had the side of the comp case off for several months now, GPU and CPU fan both look clean i just took out the Graphics card, when i put it back in and booted up for the first time it had a red light on so i turned off and startup again then it booted fine

Now its idling at 60

CPU: idle 37 celcius
GPU: idle 67 celcius

I can't get underload temps because as soon as i try to play a game or run furmark it crashes, yes open case i live in the philippines 35~37 celcius room temp

65 underload with 100% is normal, but loud......does the fan work on auto? if not set it around 40% itll cool it down nice and keep it at a descent DB noise level
