Have not upgraded my pc yet for a long time.
i7 4770k
gtx 1050 ti
16gb ram
550w 80 bronze aero cool

And i just bought asus rtx 2060 6gb super and cooler master g800 80+ gold, but i am confused which cpu and gen should i get.
i just want to play games at 1080p and record them, that is all.
My budget is 450 usd at the moment for cpu + motherboard.

My questions are:
[1] according to my rtx 2060,
Does my power supply run at the maximum (800W) or run at what it needs?

[2] Since mine is so outdated and i do not want to be outdated anymore,
Should i get the 12th gen?

[3] Is it good to get the cheapest Motherboard (H610 series) ?
i do not know what cpu and motherboard tobalance with rtx 2060 6gb to avoid bottleneck.

thank you

Solution
No, because I don't have the slightest clue what parts are available nor what the cost is for users or retailers in your area. But, I can certainly suggest models and you can try to track them down. Southeast Asian countries are the hardest as there really aren't any PC Partpicker listings for countries in those regions like there is most other places.

For most users right now the best bang for the buck is generally something like a Ryzen 5 5600G and an entry level to mid tiered B550 or X570 motherboard. And that would pair well with your RTX 2060.

But you might also want to look at something like an Intel i5-12400F, i5-12400 or i5-12500, anything from the 12th Gen Alder lake or 13th Gen Raptor lake CPU families. Heck, for that...

Heck, for that matter, if you can find one for the right price, even an i3-12100F or i3-12100, despite also only have four cores with eight threads like your older 4770k, would give you like 38% better single core performance and like 50% better multithreaded performance.

But really you would be wise to not go any lower than something from the Ryzen 5000 or 7000 series, or Intel 12th or 13th Gen, that has at least six cores and twelve threads, at minimum.
