Build approval?

I'm looking to build my own pc, I already have a bunch of components picked out, but I'm not sure if everything is compatible or not. From what I can see it should work fine.

I also think I'll switch out the GTX550 for a GTX460.

You have high voltage RAM (1.65v) on there when you want low voltage RAM (1.5v) for these 1155 boards. Also you have a $50 cpu h/s for a cpu that doesn't over clock.

Well I was looking for under 1000 CAD after MIR/taxes/shipping. I figured I needed an aftermarket heatsink because I heard they keep your cpu a lot cooler. Is the 2500 overclockable? or only the 2500k?

Thanks a TON for the help with this. I have one final question, if I go with the HAF 912 case (the one I originally posted) will a 200mm fan be necessary for the top of the case? Without it I have a 120mm intake in the front bottom, exhaust in the back, the psu fan and the heatsink for the cpu.
