Building a PC

I have GTX 960 4 GB, and 8 ram DDR 3.
I need you guys to build me the rest of the PC, can I add 8 ram DDR 4 and use my old DDR3 8 ram on the same mobo?

I use my computer mainly for gaming, I play CSGO, Rust, Arma 3, PUBG.

You cant install DDR3 ram on a DDR4 mobo. Theyre not compatible with each other
