Buying a New Gaming Laptop

Hi, would like to ask the opinion of the folk from this forum as to witch of the fallowing laptops to maybe pick from.
It'l be used for everyday school work and some gaming in the eve, i would like it to perform good and have good picture quality. Temps may be a factor 2

Games i like would be world of Warcraft and probably classic when it come out, some shooters as apex, and strategy game like Total war. league etc

i've been eyeing the like of the New Dell G3 15 with ither the 1650 or the 1660ti

for me the prices and specs they are quite similar,i lean towards the design of the G5, but does anyone know if theirs like a big performance difference between the G3 and G5 when they have similar specs ?

and lastly i've been also looking at the Legion Y540 (15")

at a similar price and specs with the G3 &G5 ,but the Lenovo has a 144hz screen option thats also tempting.

if anyone has any other suggestions for maybe a different brand laptop, or any helpful tip it would be much appreciated.

Lenovo Y540 is superior, but it doesn't mean Dell G3 is bad.

If the price difference is small, get the Lenovo Legion Y540.

Better display, design, cooling, and relatively lighter but Dell G3 has great battery backup.
