Alright, so I just put a new PC together and it's been great, but I decided to actually change the ram speed to 3200MHz in the bios as that's the speed of the memory. I looked up online how to do it and I found I had to turn XMP on and set it to profile 1, so I did that and games started not working at all they'd just crash instantly. Not only that a weird buzzing sound seemed to be coming from my PSU right after. I am pretty sure it was coming from my PSU, but it's always possible it was something else. I then disabled XMP and games worked again, but the buzzing still happens whenever opening and playing a game.
