I was looking for a option to use my front panel header on my motherboard. I just need a usb c port for my Oculus Quest 2. Motherboard is Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite AM4 ATX Motherboard.

Solution
Yes, the case that I have doesn't have a usb c port o. The front panel and I was wondering what the best course of action would be. To get a cable for the front panel port, to get a pcie card, or to get an adapter (USBA to USBC)
Only important part is connector on the MB, on the other side you can have any type of USB3 connector including USBc.
Number of wires is same for all types of USB3, only protocols are different.
Here's one type

You could take metal retainer off and mount only C connector at front/top of the case.
