Question Can’t figure out why my pc is crashing

My specs are a
Ryzen 5 7600x
Evga 3080
B650m auros elite ax wifi
Dark rock pro 4
750w gold psu from corsair
32gb ddr5 ram
This issue happened to my first cpu where it would go to 98-100c in seconds and wouldn’t boot anymore. So I returned it and got another cpu and the same thing is happening. With my first cpu it worked perfectly for about a week and then died. The new one worked for ten minutes. Pc won’t boot I’ve changed cpu coolers 3 times only thing that turns on is ram now.

I can assure you it is not a cooler problem I have my friend who has built many computers put all of my coolers and I’ve gone through two AIO’s and one air cooler cpu still overheating and no longer booting. Even if it was a cooler issue, it does not explain why the CPU was cooled and worked perfectly for over a week.
