[SOLVED] can i instal nvme 1.3 on 1.2 nvme | intel nuc 5i7RYH?

i have intel nuc 5i7RYH and there is an nvme slot, however nvme 1.2 in intel specs. i will upgrade to samsung nvme 970 pro NVME but using nvme 1.3.. are support when i upgrade ?
but NUC5i7RYH support 960 pro with nvme 1.2

SAMSUNG 970 PRO 1TB with 1.3 nvme ?

NVME is backwards compatible so it should work but check for a 'bios' update for the NUC, before installing the 970
