I recently bought a Acer Orion 3000 and I started to wonder if I am able to replace my motherboard? If not, do you think if I case swap my prebuilt and just using/replacing some of the parts of my pc will work?

I'm kind of new to pc's (scared of making my own hence why I bought a prebuilt). I did not know what the motherboard was until recently and I don't know whether it is good or not, I just assumed it was bad because my friends my told me so lol.

  1. You do not need to change anything. That is a very new CPU, and very powerful
  2. The motherboard has little to do with actual performance. Changing it seres no purpose
  3. Don't listen to your friends so much...:)
  4. Hang around here for a while and learn. You'll pick up lots of info.
