Hi

Bought a ASUS vivobook pro like 1,5 years ago. Works great. I need storage space however because it came only with a 255 SSD.

Motherboard type is Asus X580VD

Does it have a extra slot for a HDD i might add to it?

Thanks.

Actually from what im seeing, your computer has a single M.2 Slot and a standard SATA port. What I would do in this situation is keep your 250GB M.2 for your operating system and install a regular hard drive in the SATA port (maybe a cheap 1tb) and save all your games, programs, or files to the secondary SATA instead of your M.2. Might even be a good idea to save all your stuff to a secondary and reinstall windows on your M.2 so its a fresh copy. M.2 is located on the right bottom hand corner, and the SATA is located on the left Just above the giant battery and speakers. Big rectangular box that is like a silver cloth. LMAO

If you don't see the SATA drive location and its just empty you will need one thing.
