I have but do not use Microsoft Outlook so I am not able to help with
that question.
One way forward would be to add a second hard drive. You need to
increase free space. A second drive say 40 gb would make organising
files much better.
Did you eliminate the surplus to requirements system restore folders.
In another message you seem to be saying that Disk Defragmenter does not
complete. If this is the case then you have a "corrupt" file or a disk
problem. In this situation I would first get rid of all temporary
internet files. If that did not clear the problem I would run chkdsk.
