What GPU are you using? And in fact motherboard, ram, PSU and CPU would also help...

That looks like a missing file or texture.
Not finding the proper graphic to display, it shows a default background.

my gpu is: Amd radeon r7 360 2gb gddr5... cpu: amd athlon x4 840... 8gb ram, and that is everything i know...i was looking to buy rx 570
