I do not have a house fan... But I was just wondering if putting some heatsinks on vrms would help. Because its a really cheap thing to do...
I have a tower style cooler. I upgraded from stock..I believe downward facing cpu air coolers can help keep vrm temps down by passing air over them while they keep the cpu cool.
I do not know the model of a case... its a prebuild. What cpu and motherboard do you have? Having VRM temperature issues might be a sign the motherboard is not good enough to overclock the cpu you have or at least with the level of overclocking you are trying to achieve.

Would heatsinks help? Even though there is not much airflow? Not familiar with that board but it looks to have a basic 4+1 VRM design with no heat sink so I would not expect it to do well with overclocking.

Without a source of fresh case intake airflow, you have no hope of good cooling.
