[SOLVED] Can you update the bios of motherboard without CPU?

Hello guys, just bought an AMD ryzen 5600 X and a MOBO AsRock b450 fatal1ty and notice that the ryzen 5000 series is not compatible with b450 however did some research and find out that you can update the bios to make them both work together. however after assembling the new pc. it wont turn on. and im having a problem updating the bios because it wont boot.. is there anyway to update the bios without the cpu or i need to change the mobo to the latest one.. (im also on a tight budget and have no extra money at the moment)

Far as I can tell, no, that board does not support CPUless flashing.

You can take it to a shop to have them put in an older CPU and flash it for you. Or you can send off for an AMD flash kit:

It's probably gonna cost you the same to send it back and get one that's compatible, or to take it to a shop and ask for them to flash it for you, If you can get a new one today or tomorrow then it's probably worth it to send the old one back.
