Question Can you upgrade Macbook pro 13 inch 2019 ssd?

If i want to get the cheapest Macbook pro 13 inch 2019 which actually cost 1300 .00 with only 128 GB storage
Can replace the ssd storage?

I am asking because i have read that is soldered and no one who made unboxing videos of it have also tried to show the inside of it.

I've been reading that they are soldered as well, same as the RAM. Which means no upgrading. I can't believe they're even doing that with only 128GB... such a waste. I'm probably going to spring for the 256GB soon.

Some macbooks are soldered, some aren't.
