Cannot connect to some websites hardwired with a WRT160N

We run a Cisco WRT160N router. It works fine wireless. We are having issues connecting through our desktop which is hardwired. If i click ok about 3 or 4 times after it tells me it cannot find the site it works. Its not on all sites, quite a few though. Any help would be great

as a little test try changing your DNS servers to Open DNS or Google's
