Question Cannot enter my BIOS whatever I do!

I couldn't enter my BIOS whatever I did. There is a button on my motherboard that resets the BIOS. I used it but the BIOS never reset and all I got from that is a checking for media and no media present when booting up my pc, then it boots into Windows. The BIOS splash screen shows up and tells me to click esc but nothing happens whatever I click. Help me please.

I fixed my problem, thanks for trying to help me tho. Even tho your answer wasn't the best considering my question contained "whatever I do".
