Howdy,
I have an Acer Predator G3-710
And I've recently discovered that it can be possible to use a dual monitor setup using integrated graphics alongside a graphics card. I started following the steps and I realized how outdated my bios is(My options for using integrated graphics was also grayed out and I couldn't make any changes)
Anyway I wanted to update my bios, so i went to the Acer website, put in my computer model and downloaded the update file. On Acer's video they immediately got a ZIP file with an exe inside. The download for mine was 3 folders and Executables that didn't open at all, I figured they would need to be put onto a bootable usb drive, so I did just that and my computer didn't recognise it as a bootable usb. Do i need to use an application like rufus to get the computer to recognise it and flash my bios, or am I doing it all wrong?
I would appreciate any input <3
