[SOLVED] can't boot windows

hi guys

i just finished assembling my pc and when i try to boot windows from my bootable usb it loads the windows logo and the spinning circle freezes and nothing happens i haven't gotten past this point

the build:
i9-9900k
gigabyte z390 motherboard
corsair vengeance ram 32gb(16*2)
m.2 nvme 1tb
asus 2080 ti
