Question Can't change resolution in any game

Hello everyone, I have a Lenovo TNGBGA6 laptop. I have 2 GPUs, Intel UHD 620 and Radeon 530. I've set up my system on high priority so it runs every game with Radeon 530. But, recently I've been trying to make a stretched 4:3 resolution in CS GO. I couldn't find an option in radeon settings so I opened "Intel graphic settings" and there I set up the display ratio to scale full screen. So after that I had a 4:3 stretched resolution in CS GO which was runned with Amd Radeon 530. But here comes the problem. Then I wanted to play game "The Forest" and there I noticed an issue that I can't change my resoluton. It is locked to 1920x1080. I've tried everything. Returned settings on intel graphic settings to default but it didn't work. The main issue is that now I can't change my resolution in any game. It's locked on 1920x1080. I need help guys, I've been trying to fix this the past 3 hours, watching youtube videos and reading forum threads but nothing worked...

Tried updating/reinstalling drivers for both gpu's? Do a clean install for the radeon drivers. Use DDU, but get the drivers from the manufacturers site.

Tried getting into the bios and do a reset to "optimal default values"?
Recommended way to enter BIOS for Lenovo Desktops & All-In-Ones - Windows - US
there is probably a Function key to do that, saw this

then try pressing Fn + F9 and Enter and then press Fn + 10 and Enter (F9 loads setup defaults, and F10 saves and exits the BIOS)

make sure the F9 is the proper key for it.

Thanks but it doesn't work.
And I have a little update to give. I've found out that I can change my resolution in CS GO and in Hearts of Iron IV but It's totally locked on GTA 5 , The Forest, World War Z, etc,..

Sorry those where the options i could think of. Maybe someone else will have more.
