I recently built my first PC
Decided to add some extra fans, but they are running at minimum rpm all the time. It barely feels like they are doing anything... They don't show up on bios or speed fan. And the software controller does not have a speed setting....

MB:MSI Tomahawk b450
Fans:Thermaltake pure plus 12
I have them plugged into a controller and then into the Jusb on my mother board.

any and all help is appreciated

Thanks!!

Did you set the DIP switch on the back of the controller? check the controller manual, for me, I don't quite understand what they said: assign the number of the controller, #1 means only one controller?

And I don't know the fans will show on the BIOS or speed fan or not, because the fans are connected to the controller, not into the MB. But you should able to see the controller in the BIOS as a USB device.

I found the video, check it out.

Thanks for the quick replies. Turns out on the software it had my fans set to a different model. One of which apprently didn't have the fan control speed. Once I set them to the correct model I was able to adjust the fan speed.

Thanks again!
