I have a computer equiped with a TP-LINK TL0WN881ND PCIE Wireless card, however it cannot find my home network. Every other device can see it and connect, and the card can connect to other networks, tested with my mobile hotspot, but it cannot find my home network. Any reason why and/or how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated

Is your home wireless SSID hidden on the router? If not then maybe delete "known networks" in Windows and re setup identification from scratch?

Failing that, perhaps delete the adapter in device manager and then a complete reinstall of adapter drivers????

If your router running in one of the restricted bands? Some clients will refuse to connect to restricted channels. (My Roku for example won't)

This include channels 120, 124, and 128

Are you forcing a 40MHz bandwidth on the router? Some devices will only support 20MHz.
