Question Can't get further than Bios

I recently picked up a broken Hyrican prebuilt for free, hoping to fix it up, or salvage parts from it.
Specs are as follows:
Mobo: H110M PRO-D
Cpu: i7 7700
Gpu: gtx 1060 6gb(working)

It came with a dead Drive, so i installed win10 on an old HDD, but could not get past the bios, same with an external SSD connected via USB(working).
Exiting the bios would just throw me back into it.

I already jumped JBAT1, because it couldn't recognize the gpu, checked all wires, but i dont know what to do next.

PSU is a cheap 350w thing, Voltages are normal.

exact what do you mean can't get past bios?

Sorry for the late reply, but it works now.
The Pc recognized the SSD and got to the bios, but would not run windows (installer or already installed didn't matter).
After reseating everything and checking for broken connectors, i tried booting from an USB stick with Ubuntu, which worked and also solved the issue.
How and what was causing it to not work is a mystery to me.
