Question Cant get into BIOs, keyboard not working on a z400 prebuilt

When i start the pc it boots up, but i have to press either f1 or f9 to continue or get into the bios, and the keyboard is not working, it is lighting up, but no responce. I have tried removing the CMOS battery, tried every usb port. Before removing the battery i could get directly into windows, but not any more. What can i try?
The motherboard says FMB-0902.

So, its in the part where u have to click f10 or del to get to bios. but it does not skip that part and boot into windows, however the problem im having is that i cant get the keyboard to work, and click on del or f10. so im stuck.

How about the other part of the question with trying another keyboards? When it did go into Windows did they keyboard not work in that also? Did the mouse work?
