Question can't get windows installer started

Hey!

I'm having issues with my MSI MS-9661 Speedster2 mobo.

I have an USB, which may be bad, but its getting recognised by the mobo, starts up fine, in bios i select the usb to start from. Pc starts up again, press key to start from usb.. ok , i press it, but then a little _ is flashing in the screens corner, nothing happens, when i try pressing the numlock, nothing happens, it doesnt detect anything. I have tried starting it up from my old hdd, which just freezes at system recovery, and loading freezes same thing..
Usb has win 10 on it

What can I do?? I will be buying a new pendrive tomorrow!

Do that, and make a new Windows installer on it.

Tried new drive, goes to windows loading screen now, but it freezes at the circle loading, keyboard numlock stays on when i press its button, so no reaction to anything:/

I have also tried with 1 ram stick, nothing happens. Its still freezes, what can i do???

I have noticed settings in bios:

Option ROM Placement:
"You chose to apply option ROM placement feature while you knew it was risky.."

It has 5 options:
Disabled
E000 Extension by PFA
Temporary Relocation by PFA
E000 Extension by Size
Temporary Relocation by Size


Which one do I need to select, and what are these?
