Question Can't reach some specific sites

Few sites like :-
https://gogoanimes.co/
https://mangarock.com/
https://www.readlightnovel.org/
And few other anime watching sites like animeheaven are also not working and showing same error as below
"This site can't be reached" "connection timed out"
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Although sites like youtube google facebook mangakalot and many others are working just fine.
I have tried restarting browser, router, computer
Tried those netsh reset and reset reset.log commands too.
Tried ipconfig/flushdns registerdns etc etc
Tried changing chrome settings for LAN also tried changing settings in "network and sharing center" about LAN.
None of the above worked.
Although those sites are working when visiting them through my mobile. it is only happening in computer I have tried also using microsoft edge but it is showing same error with only these sites. Currently I am using chrome. My computer is connected to router through wire but wireless connection with mobile. Also tried firewall.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

ok now the thing is just after reading your answer I installed opera and tried using it and sites worked fine. Just to check I tried again in chrome and sites are working BUT while sites loads perfectly it is taking too long or almost not loading the images and the episodes. It is better than before that atleast site loads but I can't watch anything on the site lol.
Probably a problem from my ISP? Should I just try waiting more?

Not working it removed some potential viruses but still same problem

now the sites are showing error
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
tried flushdns nothing worked.
also now www.kissanime.ru is also not working. I have literally no idea what is going on. In mobile all sites are working just fine somehting wrong with my pc is there any way to RESET EVERYTHING without re-installing windows or somehting?

I have tried almost every method virus dns flushing renew and I even went and re-installed my windows including EVERYTHING for a while everything worked fine but then again on some random sites it started showing the above error. It is shwoing the error on all browsers I have tried opera chrome edge. I cant use sites like mangarock kissanime gogoanime readlightnovel etc and it is getting frustrating now.
Can anyone suggest me what to do?
All other sites like google youtube line webtoon works fine.
