Question Case fans lit up but not spinning

I am prefacing this with the fact I do not know much about computers at all. A friend of mine built my pc for me. Initially only two of the case fans were working. All three lit up; however, only two were spinning. Now the two that were spinning stopped spinning and the one that wasnt working is. All three light up still but only one of them is spinning. I have no idea how to fix this.

Have you told your friend about the fan problems?

My thought that there are some errors of omission and commission with respect to the physical fan connections and/or the corresponding configuration settings.

could you post a picture where it did plug the fans on the board with nae and model of those fans .
