CD Table of Contents

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.hardware (More info?)

When I remove a CD from my drive, it still shows the TOC (Table of Contents)
in My Computer, this will change when the system has been rebooted

Have you tried pressing F5 to refresh?..
