Yes, just noticed it. But where does it come from. It's the shell32.dll,45
but explorer does not read it. May be something to do with a Resource
(negative icon) ?

Both reg files work on XP. It was just the delay that made me think the
format had changed.
Not to mention that in XP it won't show in titlebar if the folder bar is
showing (unllike 98). You can have green in titlebar or folder list but not
at same time. So if you click Folders on toolbar the titlebar icon will
change.
