my computer acts very weird:
It slows down and programs refuse to start. For example when I start Word
nothing happens the cursor changes into an hourglass for 5 seconds and that
is it.
When I go Start-Set Programs Acces and Default and I set it to Microsoft
Windows,
the computer acts suddenly normal.
However the setting keeps on changing. What can I do to set it permanent to
Windows?
Please could anyone advise me?
