Changing VGA for old PC

hi guys i have PC for almost one year now and i need to change the VGA the Current one is Nvidia 9800 Gt

this is the motherboard

i dont want the new VGA to be stronger than the Processor becoz i'm afraid the i will have Bottleneck

Hmm, with the GPU's you are choosing how will you be using them?
Will you be using this for true design applications such as 3D Modelling, CAD work, video production etc..?

The only real performance advantage you'll see over a traditional gaming card is in those applications (and similarly-categorized software that can take advantage of GPU acceleration) , otherwise you'll want to grab a gaming card.

I'm working on 3d max ,auto cad , adobephotoshp and aftereffect . I'm not Gaming user at all it was big mistake buying this Nvidia 9800 last Dec .

Ah I see, according to some quick research I would recommend the Quadro FX 1800 according to performance benchmarks spread around.
I would not consider myself an expert when it comes to workstation cards though so you may want to wait for further replies or do more research.
