dont get that case, the fans will be low quality, workmanship will be low quality, and the psu will be low quality.
if you get a cheap case get one made by "supercases"
they're of good build quality and a good desighn layout(with good airflow to hdd's and through the case), and the austin PSU's that come with them are solid and provide enough power for a 9800pro. they also look sharp.
they really are very nice.
the only reason they're cheap is that they are machined very crudely--fan grills are just a series of drilled holes, expansion slots are just punched out, etc.--but all that is really a non issue as it doesn't affect overall case performance or potential case performance(after removal of fan grills)
