Question Cheapest possible wow shadowlands computer, minimum requirements

I'd like to build the cheapest computer I can for World of Warcraft: Shadowlands
Any suggestions welcome.
Wow Shadowlands min and rec requirements are:

I'm looking for around 200-400$. Literally the cheapest I can go.

Like a prebuilt OEM with crappy specs that I could throw a discrete gpu in would be great but I cant figure out what will really work because I don't completely know my computer stuff.

All you really need to run it is a 3ghz processor, a 4gb gpu and 8gb of ram and it should work like a charm
