Question cl30 vs cl36

Hello, probably a noob question, but I cant figure this our so I thought I might get some of your insight on this.

Im looking at some DDR5 RAMs with same 6000MHz however some have CL30 and some have CL36, and there's 20euro difference between those... how significant of a difference should I expect if I get the more expensive one and is it really worth it?
Where/how should I expect to see these differences between these CL30 and CL36 rams?

Also I have seen some rams have RGBs, am I able to turn these off somehow? Or what electric comsumption do these take aprox?

The ones with CL 30's are tighter in timing, you should get them, then again, what platform are you looking to buy rams for? You might want to buy rams that are advertised to have AMD's E.X.P.O on the package if you're going with AMD's AM5 platform.
