1. Take out the cmos battery while the power is off. Replace after 5-10secs
2. Hold down the Insert key as soon as you press the power button
3. Some mobos have jumpers to reset the cmos (onsult manual)

Try moving the jumper and shorting the CMOS first. You can pop the battery out too. Then set the power supply over to 230v, take the leads and put them on Ned's dick and "shock the monkey"! :lol:

P.S Another good way to clear the BIOS is to get to them and select "Reset To Default"
