Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Beeps: some pattern of long and short beeps? If so, what pattern? Listen carefully.

Go to the motherboard's manufacturer's website and download the applicable Motherboard User Guide/Manual.

Read the User Guide / Manual and double check everything - especially what changes were made in BIOS.

Also look for error LEDs and other diagnostic tools.

There should also be specific instructions regarding how to clear bios.

Try a new CMOS battery.

I did it exactly according to the manual. I took out the CMOS battery from the motherboard for 12 hours, I still have the same problem, no display when I turn on the PC, it beeps 5 times , then turns off, then turns on by itself
changes he made BIOS was he changing secure boot settings then he saved settings and restarted his pc after that he didn't get display
