Question COD Warzone occasional freeze ,ms goes to 999 ,c disk usage 100%

I am getting these moments that render the game unplayable,so basically the game at random moments goes to 0fps 999ms and the resource monitor is telling me that my ssd(C goes to 100% disk usage(the game is on another drive),lasts for a couple of seconds and then returns to normal. Any ideas ,fixes ,solutions thoughts & prayers?

16gb ram
2x 128gb ssd(os on one)
1x nvme 500gb

Heh,both 128(111 real)gb ssd-s have like 20 gigs free,cod mw is on one of them because I installed it before I got the nvme one.
